*In order to maintain their quality and freshness, we practice food abatement on some of our raw materials.
Our ingredients are all fresh and come from checked and well known supply chains. Every ingredient we deal with is carefully handled according to HACCP rules, using high-tech practices, which involve both preparation and food conservation techniques, like vacuum-sealing, under zero refrigeration and food abatement. The reason behind food abatement is to preserve all the nutritional and organoleptic properties of our food and to avoid any Covid-19 contamination.
